Our products aren’t cheap to make—and that’s the point.

How It Works:

  1. Download and complete the Wholesale Packet 
    This includes our terms and the required Arizona Form 5000A.
    You must have an EIN or a resale tax ID.
  2. Create a customer account on our site.
    Once your form is received and approved, your account will be updated so tax is not collected at checkout.
  3. Receive your custom wholesale code.
    This code is how your discount is applied. Orders must be placed online only, using your unique code.
  4. Pay with credit or debit card.
    We do not accept PayPal for wholesale—fees cut too deeply and reduce product fulfillment. 
  5. No net 30 or other terms.
  6. No consignment.

Wholesale Packet

Terms You Need to Know:

  • Orders of $1000+ (pre-discount) receive 50% off.
  • No free shipping is offered on wholesale orders.
  • Grouped/discounted sets (e.g., bundle deals) are not available for wholesale pricing—individual products only.
  • Minimum 10 bars per soap variety is required on all wholesale orders.

Planning Ahead:

We operate at high production volume with limited availability.  Wholesale discount codes may be disabled during peak demand periods to prevent overbooking.

Seasonal Rush Policy

Wholesale ordering is structured around our production schedule. 

Orders placed between May 1 and September 15 receive an additional 5% discount to support advance seasonal stocking.

We do not accept standard wholesale orders from September 15 through January 1.

Orders requested during this period, IF accepted, will be subject to a 10% rush fee and limited availability.
