Meticulously Formulated with Macadamia Nut Oil, kokum Butter, babassu oil, colloidal copper, and Hatch Green and Red Chiles.  Scent is orange with a touch of pepper. 

No, there is not enough chile to sensitize the skin.  I've been making this soap for years now, and have had zero complaints.  However, if you have extremely sensitive skin, this may not be the soap for you.
