Muscle Rub
Muscle Rub is made with camphor, menthol, multiple medicinal herbal infusions, and a proprietary essential oil blend.
It is completely petroleum-free. I create the base myself using cocoa butter, shea butter, olive oil, and candelilla wax, resulting in a smooth, clean, herbal rub inspired by classic muscle balms—but crafted with higher-quality ingredients and a more comfortable skin feel.
How to Use Them Together
Each product works well on its own.
For more stubborn or deep discomfort, apply the Glucosamine Cream first, then layer a small amount of Muscle Rub over the top.
This sequence—Cream first, Muscle Rub second—can provide deeper, longer-lasting comfort and also offers a gentle buffer for those with sensitive skin.
